KNOWLEDGE OFFICER
We are currently working on a great opportunity for a Knowledge Officer to join a leading international law firm. You will sit within the Knowledge & Learning team and will report into the Knowledge Manager. This role is an integral role in helping lawyers within the firm to work as effectively as possible by ensuring that knowledge assets within the firm are maintained and kept up to date and that these assets are available to stakeholders through adoption and awareness activities. This role will have a strong focus on the operational delivery across these areas.
You will be responsible for provide day to day support across all knowledge management systems and will maintain all training materials and guides to ensure stakeholders are able to use the systems effectively. You will also be responsible for evolving and improving content and knowledge resources, driving adoption and awareness of knowledge management tools and their benefits across the firm and proactively sharing knowledge across the firm.
In order to successfully apply for the role, you will need to have a strong background in content management and knowledge management which has been gained within professional services.
