BANKING &ndash Project Finance Associate/Senior Associate, BRISTOL
We are recruiting for a project finance solicitor who has trained with a highly regarded law firm with a respected banking practice.
As a guide, due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, our client is looking to appoint a lawyer with circa 3 /4 years&rsquo PQE in this area, although they will consider candidates with more or less experience.
In addition to a good technical grounding, you will have the following essential skills:
Core skills as an experienced debt finance lawyer in project finance
Infrastructure and project finance experience
Experience acting for both lenders and borrowers
Some experience of leading project finance deals
A self-starter with a keen interest in taking on a role of developing the team
Willingness and appetite to support business development
It would be desirable if you also had:
Cross-border financing experience
Energy (particularly renewable energy) experience
Some proven business development experience
