Client Relationship Exec, Payment/Compliance Financial Solutions

My client are a global solutions provider to a predominately Tier 1 and 2 Financial Services client base.

This exciting opportunity will join their award winning EMEA Sales team in a relationship management position, supporting their user base of over 20,000 customers on their data, payment and compliance solutions.

The role will focus on contributing to the success of the team by developing and maintaining relationships with users across the client base. Responsibilities will include supporting the user on-boarding process; training users, analysing usage reports and increasing the level of active users and overall user satisfaction. The role will include occasional international travel to conduct training with clients although most contact will be through conference calls, Webinar and e-mail.

Experience Required

- Degree educated

- Excellent communication skills established in a client focussed environment

- Previous experience of working in the financial services or banking sectors

- Highly self-motivated, organised and able to manage own time

- Flexible and proactive approach to work, with an ability to network and source information

- Previous experience in conducting training through a variety of methods

- Good levels of IT literacy

- Proven experience in a client facing environment
