Senior Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer - Belgrade, Serbia
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join a company based in Belgrade Serbia. Described as "buzzing, mysterious, progressive, hospitable and beautiful", the city of Belgrade is definitely somewhere worth considering.
In this position, you will be working on leading edge designs in the latest technologies and will be working on the design of Analog / Mixed-Signal modules for various ASICs for automotive, consumer and industrial applications.
Working across the various design phases, your tasks will include; specification, architecture selection, translating specifications into electrical schematics using existing components of IC technology, simulation, layout review and post-layout follow up and creating technical documentation.
As a Senior engineer you will be involved in guiding and supporting DFT implementation, layout activities and Mixed Signal Verification activities and once the first prototype is available, you will participate in IC performance measurement and provide support during qualification.
Industry degree qualified, the successful Analog / Mixed Signal IC Design engineer will be industry degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience. Experience in the design in some or all of the following is required; Bias circuits, Bandgap, Op Amps, LDOs, comparators, reference systems, switching converters, switch capacitor amplifiers/integrators and/or high frequency building blocks. A good understanding of feedback analysis and loop compensation skills is also of interest.
Other requirements include:
*The ability to lead Analog design team members and layout activities on an ASIC project.
*Strong knowledge in analog design flow and development tools such as Cadence ADE.
*Understanding of ESD and EMC techniques and testing procedures is desirable.
*Experience with mixed-signal design tools like Verilog-A/AMS is a plus.
*Experience in RF or microwave IC design is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English are required. The company will provide visa sponsorship.
The company is based in Belgrade's modern business center in comfortable and fully-equipped office space. Moreover you will join the company with great working atmosphere and a lot of out of office activities. Training will be provided as a ramp-up for every project you will be working on and in this company you will have the opportunity to further you career into project management or technical management.
