This is a very exciting role as the HR SaaS practice is morphing, and requires an influx of Workday Experts working as consultants as well as senior consultants with specific knowledge of HR Saas Software and Workday.

As Workday Consultant/Senior Consultant, in this you re your main focus will be customer facing in an advisory/Implementation capacity: You primary responsibility will be defining implementation strategies to improve the effectiveness of technology across HR funtion and you'll have an opportunity to work on a variety of related consulting projects as well as required training. This is very much a UK travel based requirement you must be flexible during the week as this will be client site based, This role is a great chance for a consultant rapidly accelerate there career.
Candidate
Demonstrable history successful HR systems project delivery
Full project life cycle experience for multiple technology driven HR Transformation projects, especially Workday
Previous background in HR SaaS implementations
Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills
Flexible approach
Excellent client facing skills
Willingness to travel
Current Workday 21 or later Engagement Manager Certification would be desirable
Salary
GBP37,000 to GBP80,000 + range of benefits depending on level of experience
