E-commerce Specialist - Product Ratings/Reviews - Eastleigh, Southhampton

This leading retailer based in near Southampton is looking to recruit and Ecommece Specialist to focus on product ratings and reviews. In this role, you will develop and implement the strategy around the user-generated content, leading change to help grow sales and opportunities within the business.

Using the ratings and review software (known as Bazaarvoice) you will work closely with the Online Merchandising and Buying teams, Quality Assurance and Customer Services to engage and drive awareness and buy in of the tool and data across all digital and retail channels. You will use the data to ensure visibility of products on the site, liaising with Buying teams on responses for reviews, bringing products and reviews to life and reporting on actionable insights.

To succeed in this role, you will already have:

• a deep understanding and proven experience of working in a retail Omni-channel environment within a similar role.
• With your excellent interpersonal skills, you will build and develop effective relationships with all your internal and external stakeholders, sharing your passion for customer feedback and engaging and influencing the business.
• You will be highly analytical with an ability to translate the data you see into simple and compelling commercial stories, communicating these to people at all levels.
