Job Title: Successfactors Solution Architect
Capability: HCM
Location: UK + Travel
Key Objectives:
- To support the Capability Lead and support the growth of HCL Axon's Successfactors practice for Europe
- Be seen as an expert on the subject of Successfactors
- Help with Sales cycles and Pre sales
- Support related sales work including initial client meetings, optimal implementation/solution design, proposal development, deal closing activities, etc.
- Provide content knowledge as required on other HCL Axon transformation programmes
- Research and develop thought leadership in Successfactors and publish white papers and articles, for both internal use and external professional and business publications
- Act as a Successfactors subject matter expert in developing and maintaining relationships with client executives
- Provide oversight and management input on Successfactors projects to ensure client satisfaction
- Contribute and interject Successfactors content expertise into HCL Axon projects/programmes as required
- Develop and maintain relationships with Successfactors leaders in Europe

Skills/Knowledge:
- Depth and breadth of knowledge across the Successfactors domain (in the context of Business Transformation)
- Experience of implementing (at least 1 major transformation programme) and ability to design and articulate Successfactors delivery models
- Ability to articulate Successfactors best practices based on prior experiences with an SAP/ERP operational knowledge
- Ability to design solutions, develop presentation materials and articulate approaches for Successfactors process improvement projects
- Knowledge of key Successfactors processes
- Outstanding consulting and analytical skills
- Provide evidence of fast track trajectory in career to date

- Extensive internal or external business consulting experience
- 2:1 degree minimum from a recognised university
