Java Developer (Spring, Hibernate, SQL, JUnit)

We are looking for a Java Developer/Analyst Programmer to work on a mix of projects supporting our client's Wholesale and E-commerce systems.

Our client is a leading international wholesaler that has been supplying retailers worldwide for over 40 years. They are a modern, high volume, fast growing, sector leading E-commerce business.

For the Java developer role, the successful applicant will have experience in;

  • Java (6 or 7 is preferable)

and ideally complemented with experience in;

  • Spring
  • Hibernate
  • SQL
  • Automated regression and unit testing using J Unit or similar (HTML, XML, JQuery, SQL etc.)

The following are also desirable but NOT mandatory;

  • Java 6 or 7 certification
  • IBM iSeries
  • RPG4
  • Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • SOA
