Receptionist - Casual Position/s Available

What is the role about?

• Greeting guests in a professional & friendly manner
• Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter or face-to-face
• Completing Check In/Out Procedures when guests arrive & leave
• Preparing guests bills, taking payments & fulfilling administrative duties
• Taking & passing on messages
• Dealing with guests enquiries both about the hotel, its facilities & the surrounding area

As a Receptionist you should be professional & calm at all times, with the ability to handle challenging situations as and when they arise.

What we are looking for:

•  You have a “can do” & “no problem” attitude, outlook & focus ensuring that that any potential issue arising has a positive solution behind it!


• Have previous experience in a customer-focused industry


• Are computer literate


• Demonstrate flexibility


• Possess excellent interpersonal skills


• Have a positive attitude along with good communication skills & an excellent telephone manner


• Have good command of written & spoken English


• Demonstrate excellent organisational & prioritisation skills with the ability to multitask


• Are self-motivated & detail-orientated


• Are able to work under pressure & able to use your initiative


• Have the ability to work in a team environment


• Be eligible to work in the UK
