As a Telesales Advisor working in this growing Contact Centre, you will represent one of the UK's largest and most innovative utilities companies.

JOB TITLE: Outbound Call Centre Sales Consultant
LOCATION: Newcastle upon Tyne
SALARY: £14,040 basic salary, rising to £16,965, plus commission, OTE £21k - £25k, top earners currently reach up to £35,000 per annum
BENEFITS: Ad hoc incentives including cash and holiday rewards
HOURS: Flexible shifts available Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm (plus every other Saturday 10am - 3pm)

As a Outbound Call Centre Sales Consultant, you must possess:
* Excellent communication skills and customer focus, ideally with a background in Sales, Telesales or Customer Service
* The ability to meet sales targets
* Influence and persuasive abilities
* A results orientated, determined attitude
* Excellent PC and numeracy skills

The successful Outbound Call Centre Sales Consultant will:
* Make outbound telesales calls to new customers, to introduce the products and services of the client
* Work to set sales targets, overcoming objections confidently, and working within strict quality and adherence guidelines
* Perform a challenging, demanding, results orientated telesales role which is hugely fulfilling and rewarding
* Maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times
