The Company:
Our client is a well established technical company.

Main Duties:
To support the Sales team and provide high standard of Customer Service on the UK and French Markets.

The Role:
- To deal with customer enquiries on a daily basis
- To process sales orders & ensure on-time deliveries
- To liaise with technical department regarding product information and availabilities
- To contact suppliers regarding pricing
- To coordinate projects with sales team and solve order issues
- To update database regularly
- To set up price list linked to information given by suppliers
- To translate documents as required & deal with general administration duties

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & French (Written & spoken)
- Previous experience in Customer Service within Export / Sales environment
- Can do attitude
- Technical background would be ideal
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (Excel / Outlook / CRM / database systems)

Salary:
£20,000 pa + benefits
