The Advocate Group are working with a Global business to recruit a Web Analytics Manager to join their eCommerce team in their central London offices. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing business with a fast-paced office environment and a track record of growth.
As their Web Analytics Manager you will be tasked with taking ownership of all website and consumer data across the EMEA websites. This will involve analysing online channel performance, customer experience and developing a digital analytics roadmap for the EMEA eCommerce team.
You will establish automated insight reports and business systems to provide the team with detailed and actionable recommendations. You will drive the testing and reporting function and work closely with various third parties.
Main Duties Include;
Responsible for all Web and customer data analysis for the eCommerce team Analysing all online channel performance and customer experience Develop and manage eCommerce reporting suites and testing function Provide insight and recommendation on customer journey Work closely with the eCommerce team across specific problems Manage 3rd party analytics relationships Work with the wider Global analytics and eCommerce divisions Understanding and analysing social media performanceSkills Required
Track record of performing in a similar Web Analytics post Experienced with Omniture and Google Analytics Highly numerical with great Excel skills Knowledge of conversion optimisation, online marketing and customer journey Experience across Mobile, Tablet and Desktop Knowledge of social media analytics Experience analysing 3rd party data
