We are a private fund manager focused on innovative companies. We want to hire an important addition to our team, and start an Online Marketing function. This is the first hire we are making outside of our core investment focus, so this is an exciting opportunity to develop our brand online and extend our reach within the social media and wider community.

// Online & Social Media Manager Job Description

This is a brand new position and a great time to join the business as we set to extend our reach online and build out our brand. The role will consist of the following day-to-day responsibilities:

> Overall: Building relationships with potential and existing clients via the daily management of all of our online communication
> Social marketing: Creating, managing and growing our online presence through our website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other strategically relevant online channels
> Content plan: Managing our communication content plan for digital media.
> Content creation: Writing posts, articles, newsletters, adapting communications materials for the web, and material for social media. Update the website with frequent and accurate Q&A responses.
> Lead generation: managing and growing our online lead generation through the relevant above online channels
> Results/analytics: Regularly report back on performance of digital activities based on scorecard/objectives in order to identify improvements and actions that ensure best in class digital communication.

The role will develop and grow as you build out the digital offering so expect the position to change after initial success has been demonstrated.

// The Successful Applicant - we require the following background

- Education:

Bachelor??s degree, for example in Business Administration, Media and Communications Studies, Social Media Marketing, Journalism, Communications/Marketing or Corporate Communications.

- Experience & knowledge:

Experience in online B2B marketing/social media management a must, Successful track record of implementation & development of digital marketing and social media initiatives delivering conversion and engagement.

> Outgoing personality
> Writing skills
> Social Media Experience in social media tools, someone used to working with CMS for web and understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter for business development.
> Interest in business: Commercially driven and passionate about what they do.

- Other:

> Good time management, results driven and ability to multitask.
