Our client is a thriving digital agency who have very quickly established themselves as the leading provider of cutting edge interactive media campaigns. Nestled in the heart of London, they work with an impressive roster of clients, including Cadbury, Innocent Drinks and ASOS (to name a few!).

The Role

This is the perfect foot in the door for a graduate excited about marketing and advertising, with a particular emphasis on the digital sector. You'll be joining a tight knit team of talented designers and developers acting as a Junior Production Assistant, while also providing support across the board. This is a truly exciting chance to quickly learn how a digital production company operates and ensure all projects are running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

The role will include, but not be limited to:

Working closely with the Producer on all advertising campaigns Communicating with the clients regularly Documentation Chasing contacts via email and telephone Sourcing stock imagery for project work Carrying out research for new business Social media content for the agency and their clients General organisation of the office and ad hoc administrative tasks

So, what are we looking for?

The right attitude is paramount! They are a lovely small team and require a like-minded self-starter You must be incredibly organised and not adverse to administration tasks An excellent confident telephone manner with impeccable written communication skills Attention to detail it an absolutely crucial element of the role An appreciation for design and advertising would be favourable Educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant degree (e.g. marketing/advertising/media) A bright spark who is going to get stuck in and have the initiative to recognise where your time is going to be most needed
