Business Systems Analyst/Architect - East Midlands - GBP30k - GBP40k

The role of the Business Systems/Analyst Architect is to lead in the delivery of Client focused software solutions, delivering business and financial benefit. My client is looking for a candidate who has a good technical understanding but also has the soft skills to be able to liaise directly with the client.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the solution design, configuration and quality assurance of all project implementations on multiple complex strategic deliveries.
• Leading relationships, including running workshops, gathering requirements, managing internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to push back when required.
• Providing strong IT, analytical and problem solving skills to drive out the optimum solution for the client.
• Applying a strong understanding of business processes throughout the whole project life cycle.
• You must be good at listening to customer requirements, turning them into solution designs and then passing them over to the delivery team to configure the software and implement.
• Client relationships are extremely important in this role, and it is imperative that this individual is able to effectively manage client reviews, communications, conclusions and recommendations, including playing a key role in design workshops with Clients.
• Successful management of internal and external stakeholders is also key for this individual in project delivery.
