Database Administrator - SQL Server/Reports

To be lead officer responsible for the SQL Server environment including SSRS Reporting.
To write, develop and promote the use of SSRS Reports within the Association.
To ensure the SQL database systems of the Association are maintained and monitored to work at optimal levels.
To provide daily operational support.

Experience
Working within a Microsoft SQL Server Environment.
Working with SQL Server Reporting Services.

Knowledge and skills
A broad knowledge of installing, configuring and supporting a Microsoft SQL Server environment from version 2005 up to the latest version.
A broad knowledge of implementing, developing and working with SQL Server Reporting Services from version 2005 up to the latest version.
Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio and other relevant software for report creation.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Server and Database environment.
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, both written and oral.
Experience of working within Microsoft Server architecture, VMware and Citrix Virtual Environments incorporating Cisco networking.
