My client based in Peterborough is seeking a Development Manager to lead their Application Software Development function.

Working in an agile environment, on the company s flagship product you will be involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle. Liaising with clients, product managers, analysts, architects and engineers to cover all aspects of the Lifecycle.

Successful candidates will have a strong software development experience and strong people management skills.

Must have Skills

5+ years in people management/managing software development teams
Experience in building complex business solutions
Good understanding of C# and .NET
Leadership skills
A passion for Agile including; principles, patterns and behaviours
Experience with Web Services, Asp.NET, JavaScript and CSS
N-tier development
Advanced C#
