Solutions Consultant

Sopra Banking Software are looking to recruit for a solutions consultant that is based in Sheffield but will be travelling frequently to Customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-sales

• Proposes to the customer supplementary interventions (related or not to the current mission)
• Writes all or part of the business proposal
• May take part in the proposal presentation
• Contributes to the commercial act

Producer

• Leads works and products deliveries as defined by the proposal, respecting orientations given by the manager and the chosen methodology or by making it evolve in order to be more relevant and quicker to reach objectives
• Designs relevant, innovative and value creating solutions
• Takes active part in steering committees and customer meetings
• Ensures assignment is consistent with the general organisation of the project

Administrator

• Respects and promotes the Group quality principles
• Passes activity report in time and checks those of the consultants he/she supervised
• Respects budgets (time and costs) allocated for the project
• Informs and reports to manager about the progress of work or project
• Validates work carried out by the consultants he/she supervises

Entrepreneur

• Strengthens the development of the Business Consulting offer in his/her area of expertise
• Documents works in order to contribute to the capitalisation of knowledge within the Group

Integrator

• Learns to use Group and Business Consulting methods and tools
• Integrates Group values, promotes them internally and when with the customer
• Convinces customer of commitment and relevancy of proposed solutions
