Digital Technical Team Co-ordinator
Overview
An exciting opportunity has risen within the Digital Marking & Studio of a prestige 250 FTE company that is looking for a Digital Technical Team Co-ordinator to join their team. The team has tripled in size over the past year and is continuing to grow with a high focus to expand its digital service offering across their client portfolio.
The Digital Technical Team Co-ordinator will be involved in all aspects of the team to be able to support the day-to-day running of the team. This will involve administrative tasks and co-ordination between the various departments within Berkeley Group IT.
Role:
Support for Weekly Releases
Be responsible for creating the regular Change Requests for portal releases and redirections

Create the Change Request in Sostenuto and contains the relevant information
-
Create the RFC document
-
Submit the CR for approval
-
Update the JIRA tickets with relevant CR information before submission and after approval
-
Regularly check that Sostenuto requests are closed
JIRA Support
Support the team in the daily management of tasks and priorities

Ensure change request information is up to date
-
Maintaining JIRA and Confluence membership and permissions
-
Assist the Product Owners in creating JIRA tickets for both sides of the Digital Technical Team and Algorithms

Configuration of workflows and JIRA fields
Confluence
Assist in maintaining Confluence information for the tea.

Helping to structure and organise content
-
Helping to migrate information from Sharepoint
-
Maintain specific pages, for example:
-
New starter documentation
-
Development and testing processes
-
Instructions for internal and external processes
-

Assist in creating regular Sprint Reports
Team Reporting
Be responsible for creating regular reports and ensure that the data is accurate
-
Create and maintain weekly reports of work logs
-
Creating monthly reports of team absences
-
Ensure members of the team are updating their JIRA work logs and adding absences to Sharepoint
Team Membership
-
Create network account
-
Create induction document
-
Arrange hardware and software for computer with Service Desk
-
Arranging inductions with BGIT department
-
Be responsible for maintaining Confluence with relevant new starter information
-
Create and maintain induction documents for permanent members and contractors
-
Assist in closure of accounts when leavers
-
Assist in user accounts and permissions across various platforms: Sharepoint, local computer, JIRA, Sitemorse, etc
Miscellaneous
Support the team in other ways. This could include, but is not restricted to the following:

Schedule meetings

Arrange meeting rooms
-
Update the Expected Visitors list
-
Update the Contact List in Sharepoint

Maintain meeting minutes
-
Setting up CMA Test User accounts
-
Assist in creating business cases as needed

Assist in submitting expenses
-
Other administrative tasks
