Global Resourcing Project Lead

Within Vodafone Group Enterprise, our Resourcing function is evolving. We are on the path to deliver a resourcing operational model which is best in class and leads our Talent Acquisition agenda within our Global business. Managing several project work streams, we are searching for a professional, driven and passionate Global Recruitment Project Lead to manage the on-going operational resourcing delivery within our fast paced and pioneering culture.
You will consolidate and define resourcing operational models for project resourcing teams, directly managing resourcing specialists who bring our employer brand to life through effective and create recruitment campaigns. You will be driven to scope, implement and manage the delivery of Global Enterprise resourcing projects and constantly collaborate with HR Business Partners/wider resourcing team to shape best practice resourcing processes and achieve Global resourcing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the business to define, set up, manage and operationally deliver recruitment activity across project workstreams in line with KPI's and SLA's.

Redefine, manage and create appropriate resourcing operational models.

Directly manage a small team of project related resourcing managers/direct recruiters, ensuring effective allocation to resourcing project requirements.

Collaborate with HRBP's and key stakeholders to ensure hiring needs are aligned with defined business needs/operational models.

Partner across Global teams to streamline group resources across the business.

Develop and maintain relevant Management Information, providing regular reports that can be leveraged for resourcing strategy for Group Enterprise and Executive updates.
Profile and Experience:
Essential:

Experience managing full life cycle recruitment teams within a large, complex organisation.

Previous experience creating and delivery successful resourcing operational models/roadmaps, across a complex organisation.

Proven experience conceptualising resourcing strategy to achieve business objectives and driving operational delivery against forecast/roadmaps.

Strong evidence of managing recruitment functions in line with KPI's and towards strategy.

Previous experience within large scale, project based resourcing.

Deep understanding of talent assessment frameworks and methodologies.

Evidence partnering across the HR function, with an inclusive and collaborative working practice.

Ability to cope with ambiguity and gain new skills and knowledge quickly.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders.

Ability to act with integrity and enthusiasm, with the ability to challenge and advise senior management when necessary.

Excellent project management skills, with strong attention to detail.

Degree level education or equivalent work experience/professional training.
Desirable:

Experience managing teams across an international remit.

Previous experience within a Telecommunications or Technical Based Industry.
