Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Croydon

Salary: £16,000 per Annum

Position: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing confidential daily administrative support.
  • Assisting with meeting arrangements and diary management.
  • Helping with Sales and Purchase Ledgers
  • Answering inbound calls, dealing with callers in a polite manner, transferring calls and message-taking
  • Ad hoc projects

Key Requirements:

  • An enthusiastic individual who wants to grow and learn in a busy administration environment, probably having worked for a small to medium-sized company
  • A willingness to embrace change and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced demanding environment
  • Experience of general office administration, must work accurately and be literate and numerate
  • IT literate with good MS Office skills, e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Flexibility to offer support as required and occasionally work outside of regular hours, although this would be kept to a minimum
