Project Manager/Construction/BSF/Housing/Property/RICS

My client a large local authority are in the market for 3 project managers to complete a number of high profile projects around schools, housing and construction. The Project managers will be responsible for helping deliver an GBP80 million housing programme and a GBP60 million schools programme.

The project manager will be involved across the expansion of schools, and refurbishment of schools, The Project manager will be working on a PFI (Part funded initiative) to help deliver the projects for the client.

The project manager will have experience in high level stakeholder management, supplier engagement, and vendor management. The project manager will have a high commercial acumen and have a solid understanding of public sector procurement

The Project manager will be responsible for managing a large complex project around development of housing and small to medium developments. The Project manager will ideally have worked for a housing authority or local authority.

The projects at the minute are at initiation stage and require the project managers to hit the ground running and start delivering.
