Senior Business Analyst

My client is a leading Corporate & Retail Bank and are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to represent the Global Risk function contributing to a major BCBS 239 programme driving transformational change of the Wealth Wholesale Credit Risk reporting function. This person will work closely with sponsors, process and data owners, technology teams, subject matter experts across Risk and other business and shared function areas.

The initial primary responsibilities of this role will be to:
. Perform detailed analysis to identify data quality, data control and reporting issues within the Wealth Wholesale Credit Risk function
. Complete reporting requirements to enable a technology build of the reports on a strategic reporting platform (Qlikview/Business Objects)
. Support the project manager in the delivery of the overall change initiative.

Key accountabilities are business requirements, identification of reporting issues & stakeholder engagement. This is an exciting opportunity as this is an expanding team and there is massive opportunity to expand the horizons within this team. This role will be reporting into the Wealth Project Manager.

Essential Experience:

1. Strong business facing Senior Business Analyst with track record of delivering within data management programme ideally in BCBS 239 or a similar regulatory programme within Banking.
2. Good understanding & exposure to the wholesale credit risk process and wealth management within Banking.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills up to MD level.
