Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Administrator/Analyst to join our establish Energy Operations Team.

The role will include:
•    Reviewing and correcting billing information including meter readings and estimated consumption;
•    Amending both internal and external databases to ensure future accuracy in Customer billing;
•    Liaising with both internal and external Customers in order to resolve any ongoing consumption queries.

Due to the analytical nature of the position, we are looking for someone who has:
•    A keen eye for detail;
•    Great numeracy skills;
•    The ability to work to targets;
•    The ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external suppliers;
•    A passion for problem solving.

The hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday, between 08:30 and 17:30.
