Outbound Sales Representative (B2B) - Chester Business Park

Basic Salary of £16,000 & uncapped commission

OTE £24,000 (year 1) plus in house incentives

Due to the success and continued expansion of our brand we are looking for motivated, passionate individuals to join our Outbound Telesales team in Chester.

As an Outbound Sales Representative you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers through a database of cold business leads so a tenacious attitude and desire to succeed is imperative. As with any telesales role you will work to set targets and KPIs which we will expect you to manage on a daily basis so we need you to be totally focussed and possess outstanding organisational skills however a natural flair for sales and strong rapport building capability is equally important.
