qualified and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager's for a progressive and challenging role

As a Hotel Operations Manager your duties will include (but are not limited to):

 Supporting the head of the departments in various day today tasks

 Recognizing sales opportunities and potential business and promoting within

 Taking care of the development of the business

 Monitoring the feedback of the guests and 3rd party surveys

 Fulfilling the improvements in a professional manners

 Forecasting the weekly revenues and costs

The Successful Hotel Operations Manager will have:

 Exceptional commercial awareness

 Knowledge of quality standards

 Previous hotel experience (not essential but in a similar environment)

 Skills to establish good relationship with guests

 Exceptional communication and organisation skills

 Good professional outlook

 Excellent attention to detail along with excellent problem solving skills

 Highly polished sales skills and good customer service skills
