We attend high profile exhibitions such as Ideal Home show, Grand Designs, Hampton Court, Etc.We have a dedicated telesales centre producing qualified leads throughout the year.We have 6 strong channels to sell. (1)Retirement own use sales. (2)8% Annual ROI investment sales. (3)Sub-let buy to let sales) (4) guaranteed return Leisure home sales. (5) Fractional (with no annual cost) sales. (6) Hotel cube lodge sales with guaranteed 8% PA income.

We have a strong rapidly expanding holiday sales brand, which underpins the above channels.

Our offer to you.

Each year, we use a small elite team of 4 highly successful elite closers to write the entire business for the company. (3 places already filled)

Each closer earns a 6 figure plus income OTE 140K.

After 2 months and having hit 25% of your target, you receive a luxury company car, all costs paid, subject to maintaining target. Range Rover, Mercedes, BMW, Audi.

You receive free luxury accommodation when staying overnight on any of our luxury lodge parks.

Your contract starts from when your first deal completes

You will earn OTE 140K+(Basic and Bonus) (Subject to hitting realistic already achievable targets.)

You will be given the chance to break through the glass ceiling, and move into a group of elite highly successful closers.

You will work directly with and be mentored by MD (multi-millionaire, successful entrepreneur), responsible for the successful 6 figure achievement of Dream, Lodge Group's present Elite closer team.

The training and product is second to none.

We will fast tract you through one to one training and mentoring, to a position of strength within your first month.

You will be supported throughout 2014 by National press qualified leads

You will be supported throughout 2014 by a professional telesales team

You will be selling a luxury product to end users and investors

You will be working in a niche market, with well proven successful sales model

You will be following a tried and tested sales model from which our top closers have consistently succeeded.

To qualify for this position you must??????.

Have no ties, and can work when required up 7 days per week. (not every week usually 5 days).

You have transport, and can travel freely around the South east and south west of England

You are hungry for success, determined and focussed on earning GBP140K + each year.

You are available immediately

You have a proven track record of success over the last 24 months.

You have earned over GBP70,000 each year for last 24 months.
