Having taken the US markets by storm, we are currently working with the most exciting mobile technology firm to hit the UK. They are working exclusively with Turnstone Sales to help them secure the most Ambitious, Driven and Proactive graduates to join their business development team.

The Business:

Having been featured in 'The Financial Times' and the 'Wall Street Journal' amongst others, this multi-award winning company has established itself throughout America, recently winning contracts in New York, Boston and San Diego to name a few! They are looking for a self-starter who can help them build their business, taking it to the next level and beyond. Already established in the UK, covering 13 national rail lines, our client is looking to continue their success in the UK and Europe. Smashing company revenue month on month, our client has been winning global contracts over its competitors such as Oyster, IBM and Virgin.

Our client has built a reputation for creating innovative and highly successful applications that signal the end of ticket lines by allowing passengers to quickly and securely buy and display tickets on their mobile devices. The company's end-to-end technology allows customers to transform their passengers' travel experience whilst significantly expanding sales capacity.

The Opportunity:

The role of a Business Development Manager is an integral part of our clients business. You must be a highly motivated, articulate graduate who relishes the opportunity to work in a fast paced sales team with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.

Challenging Role - Within your role you will tackle a number of different tasks including, lead generation, business development, establishing long-term client relationships; attend client meetings, negotiate terms and close business.

Client Meetings - If you want to be client facing, this is the role for you. From day one you will get the opportunity to attend client meetings and, running them by yourself within 5-6 months. You will be meeting Managing Directors and Sales Directors in the UK's most exciting companies.

Fast Track Promotion - As our client is looking to double in size within the space of a year, with some hard work you could get your first promotion inside of 6 months. This promotion will see you gain a lot more responsibility and ultimately start to develop your own client base.

Travel - Due to the nature of our clients' global contracts, you will have the opportunity for global travel where you can attend conferences in fantastic cities like Paris and New York. Whilst speaking other languages isn't a requirement, it is beneficial.

ISMM Accredited Training - Because our client is working with Turnstone Sales, your training will be second to none. You will take part in a 13 day sales training course designed to give you all the skills to excel as a sales person.
