Gibbs S3 are recruiting for a permanent Forecasting Manager to join our large 'Blue Chip' client based in Leeds.
The Forecasting Manager will join the workforce management team and will be responsible for producing long term business plans and short term forecasts relating to service predictions and resource planning of a contact centre and Back Office environment.

Responsibilities
*To lead and develop a team of analysts responsible for the end to end planning process across all back and front office demand
*Providing accurate and efficient workload forecasts across all business areas, ensuring full understanding of demand and drivers is incorporated into outputs, including change impacts, seasonality, customer propensity and other impacts contributing to, and influencing demand
*Ensuring workload forecasts incorporate all relevant channels or work types, eg inbound, outbound, IA's, email etc. and modify/maintain models and approaches accordingly
*Ensuring effective control and management by demonstrating ownership pf relationships with key internal stakeholders who provide forecasts for all activities which may ultimately impact work volumes.
*Developing and managing regular planning reviews with stakeholders to ensure efficiency targets are met, internal recruitment is optimised, and outsource resource levels are set and deployed

Experience Required
*Significant previous experience in a forecasting and resource planning related role or managing teams performing analytical roles
*A comprehensive understanding of resource planning and forecasting processes
*Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Excel
*Excellent knowledge of planning methodologies and processes
*The ability to design and manage complex forecasting models in a manner that ensure easy audit and transparency of such models
