Care Home Manager

We require a caring individual with proven management experience in a care environment to manage a residential care home for 24 elderly people. Full time hours with alternate weekends off.

We are a well established care home company with an excellent reputation in the local area. We are looking for someone with the enthusiasm and skills required to continually improve on the high standards of care we offer to all our residents.

We are an ISO registered company and have been a preferred provider in Band 1 of our local authority banding scheme for many years.

We are looking for someone who can lead and develop the existing staff team and build on our existing standards to make them even better.

We offer an excellent remuneration package, great working conditions and the Directors are in day to day contact with the business, working side by side with managers and staff.

Ideally you will be well versed in the requirements of CQC and will be able to demonstrate the organisational skills necessary to comply with all current legislation relevant to care homes. A level 4 health and social care qualification is desirable.
