Strategic Programme Manager
As the home market for the Clarks brand, the UK & ROI Region has a key role to play. This role is part of an exciting new business transformation team based in our HQ in Street Somerset; and will help define, shape and deliver the business transformation required for the UK and ROI region to deliver its ambitious plans

As the home market for the Clarks brand, the UK & ROI Region has a key role to play in achieving this aim. This role is part of an exciting new Business transformation team based in our HQ in Street Somerset; and will help define, shape and deliver the business transformation required for the UK and ROI region to deliver its ambitious plans.
A bit about you:
You will have significant experience working in a similar role at a senior level within a large multisite retailing business.
You will have strong and proven programme management experience, having successfully delivered a number of large, complex global/cross functional projects.
You are a clear thinker, used to operating in a large Matrix organisation, and you have developed expert stakeholder management skills. These are invaluable to you, as you will be working with multiple stakeholders, sponsors and business experts to deliver large scale, strategic commercial projects. Your exemplary interpersonal and influencing skills will also be handy too!
As well as accreditation in a recognised project management methodology such as PRINCE or similar, you will have a deep knowledge of how to realise a conceptual idea into good commercial business value.
