IT Support Engineer (Support Services)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our clients’ rapidly expanding company as they develop their leading edge “Managed IT Service”.

The role
As an IT Support Engineer you will have a good understanding of Server & PC operating systems and be capable of fault finding IT problems from first principles.

Essential Requirements
• Server 2003, 2008, 2012 & SBS all version's
• MS exchange
• Terminal service's
• Virtualization
• IIS
• Group policy's
• Domain management
• DNS services
• General network skills

What you’ll need
• A keen interest in computing technology and a desire to learn and implement new innovative ideas.
• Good networking knowledge and skills
• The ability to work independently and have a passion to ensure that a job is well done.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills to all levels of customers.
• Relevant Microsoft qualifications or proven experience.
• You must hold a full UK driving licence.
