Skills Requirements:

• You will be responsible for building and delivering applications on IBM BPM
• You will bring certification and deep expertise using IBM BPM. With maximum usage of OOB functionality to deliver solutions.
• You will be highly knowledgeable in BPM and web application development
• You will have good hands on experience with capability of handling complete module independently.
• You will be well versed with IBM BPM tool and can fully utilize OOB features product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discussion with business and understanding requirements
• Breakdown complex requirements into modular
• Able to design E2E BPM process using IBM BPM
• Coordination and work distribute among team members
• IBM BPM development
• SDLC deployment management

Candidates must have the following experience, abilities and skills:

• At lease 2-3 projects as Senior. Developer on BPM 7.x-8.x
• Very good understanding of BPM concepts
• Should have experience on SCRUM/Extreme programming
• Good knowledge of test automation and version control tools
• Clear & confident technical communication skills
