Job Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be provide technical support, technical solution design and technical implementations for both the company and its client base.
Key Responsibilities:
You must possess strong skills in at least two thirds of the areas below to be considered for this role:
• Service Desk Technical support
• Technical Service Delivery via projects
• Building and implementing complex network infrastructure
• Specification of Technical Solutions
Managing and Supporting Windows environments including:
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Lync
- IIS
- SQL Server
- NPS
Managing and Supporting Storage Attached Networks ( SANs) including:
- iScsi
- Fibre Channel
- NFS
- Managing and Supporting Network Infrastructure including Cisco, Juniper, HP, Ruckus
- LAN, WAN, WLAN, MPLS
- VPNs
- VLan Configuration
- Security Policies
- Routing Protocols, incl. OSPF, BGP
- Wireless Technologies
