We have been exclusively retained by our client to secure them an experienced recruiter to help continue their impressive growth.
Over the last 8 years this business has gone from strength to strength and become a true specialist in their markets. Predominantly they operate in Professional Services but have specialism within this sector, namely Accountancy, Wealth, Employee benefits and sales.
Your role is to deliver outstanding results by selecting and placing candidates at mid to senior level. The role requires a high level of commercial awareness and the ability to spot potential opportunities for your chosen sector and that of the wider business. You will have an established network of contacts, visible presence within your chosen sector and should be viewed as a 'centre for influence'.
The Directors are open to the level you join their business as there are multiple options for the right people - it's more about the fit than a title or years of experience. You honestly won't find many companies like this that treat their staff so well or reward as well financially.
