My London based in client are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join this expanding team.
You will be tasked with the following:
Skill requirements:
- 3+ years Linux (Ubuntu) Sys Admin experience
- Extensive LAMP knowledge
- PHP development experience - an understanding of the development process
- SQL/MySQL skills
- Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, LDAP
- Experience of VMware/KVM or other virtual environment
- Experience with Puppet
- Experience with Linux and commercial Firewalls
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in architecting for Amazon Web Services (EC2 & EBS, S3, Glacier, VPC, RDS, IAM, Route 53) or other cloud services
- Understanding of security best practices
- A passion for delivering innovative products
- Experience with software versioning tools
Knowledge of the following would be an advantage:
- Experience with Cisco Routers and Switches
- Experience with Windows and Mac environment
