Forecasting Analyst

An experienced Forecasting Analyst is required to join a global banking organisation in the Northampton region.

The Forecasting Analyst will be responsible for planning and modelling to produce both short and long-term forecasts as part of a scheduling process. They will take full ownership of forecasts and service predictions for a number of crucial contact centres in the UK, and will provide management teams with reports on demand trends and planning assumptions. They will also work to proactively improve customer relations and work force volumes, and will constantly work towards improving forecasting and planning processes.
The ideal candidates will have proven experience in a forecasting or planning role, and will have strong experience of mainstream reporting tools (eg Excel, SQL, VBA etc.). Any prior experience of the Finance Sector would be desirable, although by no means essential, and candidates must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills.
