About the Role
This position will include taking ownership of some of the service delivery responsibilities as well as mentor others.

You'll have the opportunity to advice on new technologies and innovative ideas which will enhance our client further, be a real part of the business and an integral person within the department.

Due to the nature of the company, experience with protocols such as PCI DSS would be advantageous (although not needed) as you'll have some exposure to compliance activities. If you know ITIL as well - that would be awesome!

About you

You'll understand:
- Windows Server infrastructure
- Scripting abilities
- Knowledge of ISPs (Internet Service Providers)
- Networking fundamentals including load balancing, network and web server technologies
- DDoS mitigation
- Monitoring and alerting tools
- Cloud based services (AWS or similar)
- DR (Disaster Recovery)

Ideally you'll know a bit about;
- ITIL
- PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)

You'll also have:
- There is an on-call rota which is required for the role. Saying this, the offices are VERY accessible from most Home Counties and the London Tube network.
- Strong orgnisational skills, ability to lead a team, be calm under pressure and confident in your abilities.
