Our client, a Global Manufacturer and services provider to the FMCG market - are currently seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Analyst (Vendor Management Analyst).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Global telcom and infrastructure vendor management as assigned
  • Maintain IS Vendor metrics (including performance reporting) and KPIs
  • Support telcom and infrastructure projects as needed
  • Coordinate the maintenance of the ISBM Vendor Management team planning calendar for annual overview of vendor reviews, surveys and agreement renewal/renegotiation schedule
  • Support the maintenance Vendor Management information in IS Business Management repository of agreements, along with relevant vendor contacts and summaries.
  • Actively assist with vendor reviews, negotiations, and compliance matters.
  • Lead negotiations and vendor reviews with assigned vendors.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining Vendor Management Process documentation.
  • Participate in on-going process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead in the rationalization of non-major is infrastructure vendors globally.
  • Support the RFP/RFI initiatives driven by IS.
  • Administer application of comapany Policies. Support adoption of corporate standard tools and standards, entitlement policies, expense policies and promote operating unit compliance with corporate standards.
  • Provide support for Vendor Relationship Management tool implementation and maintenance
  • Assist with Financial Processes, as required, including the monthly accrual process.
  • Success is measured through cost management, savings generation, accurate/timely vendor performance reporting, accurate/timely billing management and vendor service level compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College/University degree required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related a plus
  • Experience with Telcom and mobility required
  • Experience with IT Hardware Procurement is a plus
  • SAP BW System knowledge is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Knowledge of IT Industry, vendors, best practices and standards is a plus
  • Ability to quickly change focus and support various priority efforts
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams

Some travel required (10-20%)

PACKAGE:

The successful candidate will command a salary of GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 - and compensated with a handsome benefits package.
