Senior Software Engineer, Linux, Kernel, Driver, Embedded, Cambridge
Senior Software Engineers are sought by this world leading wireless device developer to be based at their R+D Centre in Cambridge. The development environment is Linux so Software Engineers will need to have a great background developing embedded Linux or driver / kernel level software.
You will be a senior member of the software team developing Linux kernel, driver and embedded software that will be used in wireless devices worldwide. All development is carried out in C. You will also have an opportunity to get involved in specifying the new software architecture.
You will have a great technical degree and extensive hands on software development gained in a Linux environment. You also need great C skills and to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of developing embedded Linux or driver / kernel level software in C preferably for consumer electronics.
