Senior Marketing Executive (Online, offline, publishing) to join a financial services firm. As Senior Marketing Executive you will manage online and offline marketing activity to boost subscriptions, renewals and do so more efficiently. The Senior Marketing Executive role is for you if you have good experience in a publishing business, strong understanding of online and offline marketing campaigns and subscription and retention strategies.

Responsibilities:
*Manage subscription sales through online and offline channels.
*Improve efficiency of spend
*Devise engaging online and offline direct marketing messages
*Develop initiatives to increase subscription loyalty and retention.
*Analyse results of campaigns and improve future performance
*Capture market demographics through online and offline channels.
*Develop a marketing plan to deliver results
*Ensure that the website is optimised to help generate traffic that will convert to subscriptions.
*Oversee all on-line and offline marketing campaigns.
*Ensure all telesales activity is co-ordinated with marketing.
*Push editorial elements that subscribers want more of and encourage lead generation.
*Improve response rates from all promotional activity
*Build relationships with new partners
*Develop new renewal methods to achieve high renewal rates.
*Continually improve effectiveness of the renewal series.
*Analyse campaign results on an ongoing basis
*Conduct competitor analysis.
*Ensure relevant capture of demographics to assist with product development, market segmentation and retention
*Review the budget on a monthly basis and recommend any changes that should take place.
*Develop of tactics to increase readership rates among subscribers using internal BOAT and KART systems.
*Ensure that all invoices are paid on time, and are processed accurately.
*Ensure an accurate record of all invoices is maintained
*Effectively managing the accrual process

Required skills:
*2-3 years' in B2B subscription marketing in publishing company
