My client is an award winning Creative Digital Agency with a team of brilliant developers. They are seeking a very special Technical Lead to join their rapidly growing dynamic company. My client develops extensively upon PHP/Symfony2/Doctrine. You will also have the ability to work with HTML5/Bower/
Grunt/AngularJS/Socket.io/Cordova with some Node and Express.

Day to day the role is hands on, whilst leading both the front and Back End development teams, with a strong focus on the Back End team. This is a really exciting role within a company that has a great atmosphere and you will be working with some cool and outgoing people.

Key skills:
Technical Expertise
*PHP5
*Create extend-able, scalable and maintainable code.
*Recognize opportunities for enhancement and submit constructive suggestions for change.
*Understanding of REST-based APIs and XML parsing.
*Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques.
*Possesses demonstrated work experience with more than one relational database management system.
*Understands OO concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements.
*Understands the benefits of the various programming languages.
*Possesses significant knowledge of Client Server and Internet systems architectures.
*Understands browser/client specific compatibility issues.
*Familiar with source control principles and comfortable with Git/BitBucket/Jira.

Desirable skills:
*Linux Usage & server admin.
*HTML5/JS/CSS3.
*Symfony.
*AngularJS/ember or similar.
*Web Security, SQL Injection.
