Care Development Manager

Care Development Manager/RAM - North East & Scotland - GBP30000 per annum

We are now seeking an experienced senior manager to join our national quality care provider in the North East & Scotland area to develop business further. You will need to reside in Scotland and have experience of carrying out referrals and assessments for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities living in their own homes. Ideally you will have already achieved your level 5 or working towards this or have achieved your level 4/RMA. You will need to have your own car and hold a clean driving licence and be willing to travel as required for the business.

Our client is looking for a manager who has the background in LD/Mental health operations and who is approachable, organised and motivated. Excellent knowledge of the CQC regs and care standards is necessary and you will need to be passionate about delivering high quality care to service users and be able to communicate well. You will be liaising with care managers, families, staff, service users, GP services and outside agencies and will need to have a full understanding of person centred planning and business development.

Excellent IT skills and working to a budget is also required along with a good understanding of KPI's and staff development.
