My client is looking for a 2nd Line Voice Support Engineer to be based in Nottinghamshire and provide support services across their Voice product range including IP Telephony (VoIP), IP/PBX, SIP and Call routing.
You will be experienced in Mitel voice support professional and have proven commercial experience. Any experience of Avaya would also be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Provide telephone support of Mitel telephony systems and associated third party applications to customers and partners.
Provide & support 1st line support with complex Voice incidents
Provide pre and post installation support to field based teams
Pre-installations, configuration and testing for customer solutions
Deliver first class customer service
Skills & experience required:
Mitel telephone system support experience
Previous telephone based support experience
PBX experience
IP Cortex experience
