Our Client is a world leader within the finical market place. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Lead Software Developer lead a team of software Developers but also remain hands on.


Responsibilities
Work with teams to design and implement systems that will provide long term scalability, reliability, and performance for business systems
Identify risks and provide solutions to complex issues
Assess product requirements and functional specifications
Contribute to project estimations and risk analysis
Mentor less experienced members of the team in technology and processes
Provides direction as needed in the form of issue and task prioritization and scheduling
Ability to think creatively, work under pressure and demonstrate strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail & works well in a team environment

Experience
5+ year hands-on ASP.NET development
2 years supervisory/leadership experience
Experience with B2B applications
Experience with distributed system architecture and design
Experience with relational database technologies
Excellent understanding of C#/ASP.NET/SQL Server/HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
ASP.NET MVC is advantageous along with a strong technical awareness across the full stack.
Awareness of Agile methodologies.
