Reference: 14801 Start Date: Immediate Description: Job Purpose: To sell the products and services of the company and to build and develop long term relationships with a portfolio of clients (one product, one segment, one client or one geographical area), in order to achieve a budget of order intake or establish a strategic relationship. Reporting lines and interactions: Hierarchically reports to: Business Development Manager Operationally reports to: Business Development Manager Directly supervises (operationally):N/A Key interactions (internally, externally): Internally: Contract, Legal, Senior Management, Project, Tender, Safety, QA. Externally: Clients, suppliers, partners, subcontractors, local authorities, governmental or non-governmental organisations/associations. - Business development/commercial (negotiation or tendering) experience.
- Ensure the achievement of targeted budget of order intake in his/her scope by managing a portfolio of clients, identifying sales targets, determining the clients' needs and priorities.
- Ensure the development of sustainable relationships with new and existing clients, throughout the lifecycle (from the initial stage of tendering, contract development, project execution and through closeout).
- Ensure the implementation of the defined Technical and commercial strategy in the sales cycle by interfacing with all departments in the contracting phase.
- Ensure a sound knowledge of the market, clients and technologies so as to maximise the commercial impact and the added value for the client.
- Represents and defends Technip interests and image in external events.
- Provide information and understanding of the market to relevant personnel in the organisation.
