Inside Sales Representative, London
 
We are looking for a driven, self-starter to join a successful team in our Ealing office. Meeting or exceeding the territory business target on a quarterly basis in terms of order intake and assuring customer success. The Inside Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to develop the territory as a business and is an integral part of a territory team led by a Regional Account Director (RAD).
 
Customer Success is defined as the customer:
·         Acknowledging benefit from products
·         Fully and successfully deployed all products
·         Buying more products
Primary Responsibilities:
 
Lead Generation
·         Proactive lead generation activities as agreed with the RAD to achieve the sales order intake goal in the territory
·         Embed lead generation activity with channel partners that operate in the territory
·         Respond to and manage incoming leads/evaluation requests (primarily from web site) from existing customers and new prospects. Web requests are responded to immediately and always within the same business day.
·         Additional lead generation tasks will be determined in conjunction with the RAD
·         Closing (and managing) sales opportunities from start to finish as agreed with the RAD
·         Territory Efficiency – actively participate in, and plan for, territory efficiency
 
Account Management
·         Proactively engage with all existing customers and new name prospects in the territory, and chosen channel partners; seek out new projects; cross sell and upsell opportunities solutions
·         Liaise with Professional Services and where relevant, channel partners for deployment of the products
·         Customer Success (defined as above):Track it for every customer in the territory; where issues are identified, agree the solution to the issue with the RAD
 Marketing and Community Support
·         Identify and support marketing events, partner events and community activities in the territory 
Desired Skills and Experience
·         Excellent sales and customer management skills and a proven track record of lead generation, account management and sales closure individually and within a high performing sales territory team.
·         Experience of successful C-level prospecting, new business development and account management in an Enterprise software environment (products and services).
·         All BDMs should be able to support all solutions
·         Excellent customer relationship skills. Strong understanding of total customer care and ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the customer’s organisation. 
·         Able to manage the customers’ expectations, play an active part in the achievement of shared solutions and results, and ensure that the highest level of service is delivered.
·         Excellent sales analysis and decision making skills.
·         Ability to critically evaluate all available options and successfully execute the selected option to achieve the desired result, whether working independently or as part of a wider sales territory team
·         Excellent communication skills. Open, clear and assertive communication style.  Ability to articulate the business benefits, as well as the technology benefits, of  software solutions. Able to influence the customer via both telephone and in written forms.
·         English language skills, both verbal and written in addition to local language as determined by the customer.
·         Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to apply a resourceful approach to work, using time management skills to prioritise a complex workload. Structured and methodical, yet able to adapt quickly to meet changing priorities.
·         Self-motivated and resilient. Demonstrates a high level of energy and enthusiasm to achieve a positive result. 
·         Results-orientated team player, who can overcome obstacles and set-backs whilst displaying a confident approach.  A self-starter who is driven to succeed and works well under pressure and deadlines
·         An A grade sales professional looking to springboard into a more senior sales role within 1-2 years
