Our client works in the bar and leisure industry and are the leading supplier of bespoke refrigeration solutions. Having established themselves as a global leader focusing on manufacturing, selling and maintaining a complete range of professional drinks coolers, they are now looking to grow their sales team in the UK and are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial graduate to join them.

The Role

You will be working with architects and interior designers creating some of the most unique bar designs in London and the Southeast's biggest night clubs. This role is a highly client facing role where the majority of your time will be out in the field interacting with key decision makers. Selling into licenced trade, you will need an understanding of the sector to really get to grips with your product. You will be proactively gaining new business and maintaining existing accounts, running your own geographical territory and will be solely responsible for managing the clients brand in this region.

Challenging Role - Within your role you will need to manage your own time efficiently, balancing a number of different activities including: lead generation, business development, establishing long-term client relationships; attending client meetings, negotiate terms, and close business.

ISMM Accredited Training - Because our client is working with Turnstone Sales, your training will be second to none. You will take part in a 13 day sales training course designed to give you all the skills to excel as a sales person.

Being a motivated and confident graduate is vital in order to generate new business, attend client meetings and enable you to negotiate to close high value deals.
