Digital Marketing Manager/Executive - London

Objectives of Role
*Increase the number of candidate registrations Protocol receives each week from target segments and geographies
*Develop and enhance engagement levels with digital content as a candidate communication, recruitment and retention tool
*Improve customer satisfaction, user experience and conversion rates through online channels
*Manage all online channels and online brand building, ensuring consistency of digital activity, campaigns and branding

Key Skills & Experience
*Detailed understanding of Google Analytics, SEO and PPC, as well as an understanding of the full marketing mix and how digital integrates into this
*Experience of using data analytics to improve digital performance
*Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
*Ideally experienced in a recruitment marketing setting

Responsibilities:

Website & SEO
*Create web landing pages/emails/on-site messaging to support lead generation and candidate recruitment,
*Manage continuous improvement in the usability, design, content and conversion rates of the company website
*Ensure all relevant policy documents and T&Cs published online are present and up to date
*Manage and optimize SEO to maximise coverage and reach to target audiences
*Use Google Analytics to provide data driven insights that improve online recruitment performance, conversion rates and user experience
*Work with Operations and IT functions to ensure the effective implementation of digital projects

Campaigns & Content
*Ensure Protocol value propositions and channel offerings are effectively represented in digital channels
*Create digital content and campaigns to engage, develop & grow audiences of candidates and schools (eg. online PR, tips and guides, resources, news stories, video, surveys, blogs)
*Manage internal and external sources of blogs, news and PR content, including creating content independently
*Manage the cross-platform promotion of content using the full range of online channels
*Monitor responses and develop campaigns based on information gained from analytics

Social Media
*Support and integrate Social Media Marketing into relevant digital marketing initiatives
*Use Analytics to measure the impact of social media programs, and analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns
*Monitor and support authorised Protocol social media users to develop and maintain relevant social media content across multiple business channels

Online Recruitment
*Develop and implement segmented online recruitment strategies to deliver new registrations of target candidates to branches
*Identify appropriate online job boards, CV search sites and other online recruitment channels and recommend budget allocation
*Monitor responses and conversion rates by segment & channel and provide KPI information based on information gained from analytics
*Provide support and training to branches in using online recruitment channels
