BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Permanent / Full - time / Travel Required
Andrew Wilson & Co is a market leading High Court Enforcement Office, delivering enforcement services across England and Wales to its valued client base.
Our services include enforcement of judgment debt, Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery and enforcement of Orders for Possession of property and land.
We are looking to expand our client base and are recruiting for experienced Business Developers who are either working within the High Court Enforcement industry or who have a background in sales and developing new relationships, preferably with law firms.
Successful candidates will be responsible for raising our profile, developing new relationships and ultimately generating High Court work across the UK.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To identify, build and secure new client relationships.
• Identify and represent the business at networking events, seminars and client meetings to raise the Company’s profile and generate new work.
• Develop relationships with professionals to promote our services.
• Record and report on all marketing activity, client meetings and new business opportunities using internal systems.
SUITABLE APPLICANTS WILL IDEALLY HAVE:
• A background in the High Court Enforcement industry and/or experience within a business development position, preferably with contacts in law firms/debt recovery.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to initiate and build strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent presentation skills. • Strong organisation skills. • Be self-motivated and able to work both alone and as part of a team.
